2012 Books I Already Want: Post #1

I don’t know about you, but when I feel blue, I like to look at catalogs for publishing companies and make lists of books to look forward to. As a result of that, here are some of the titles I cannot wait to get my hands on next year. Click on the covers to learn more!

Adult Fiction:

American Vampire Vol. 3  Dust of the Damned by Peter Brandvold   Iago by David Snodin  Royal Street by Suzanne Johnson

Throne of the Crescent Moon by Saladin Ahmed  Outcast Chronicles by Rowena Daniells

Teen Fiction:

Above by Leah Bobet  Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood  Harbinger by Sara Wilson Etienne   Incarnate (Newsoul Trilogy #1) by Jodi Meadows

About April

I'm a librarian, reader, and writer whose main goal in life is to be able to swim in books the way Scrooge McDuck swims in money. Although my reading choices will always be wildly eclectic and I never plan on leaving any genre unexplored, my favorite reads tend to be Fantasy, Young Adult, Science Fiction, Gay Romance, or Historical Fiction. 1. Royal Street by Suzanne Johnson is on my “List” also.
I have it pre-ordered. Long wait.

  2. I would read Above just for the cover, but Leah Bobet! Awesome! That goes on the wishlist like now.

  4. Oh this is a lovely start to the new year… that feels so far from now, yet so close. 🙂 I have a list started as well. But these are all new to me. I think there is only 1 or 2 on here that I’ve heard of. Great list!
