Teaser Tuesdays #30

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish event hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Since October equals Halloween to me, expect all of mine to be on the creepy side.

My Teaser:
The Monstrumologist (The Monstrumologist, #1) by Rick YanceyI looked down between my outstretched arms, to the spot where the doctor worked, and saw he had not been scraping at an exposed rib.

He had been cleaning the thing’s teeth.

– pg. 17, The Monstrumologist by Rick Yancey

I’m listening to the audio book, but based on the opening chapters alone, I would highly suggest that anyone who is looking for an awesome Halloween read to pick this up ASAP!

What is your Tuesday reads? If you have any Teasers, feel free to link me to them in a comment!

About April

I'm a librarian, reader, and writer whose main goal in life is to be able to swim in books the way Scrooge McDuck swims in money. Although my reading choices will always be wildly eclectic and I never plan on leaving any genre unexplored, my favorite reads tend to be Fantasy, Young Adult, Science Fiction, Gay Romance, or Historical Fiction. 6. Cool teaser! I actually picked this book up a long time ago, but never read it, and just returned it to the library again. Maybe I should pick it up again. Although, I had a lot of Stephen King books lined up for the month of October. Sigh…I guess I’ll just think it over. 🙂 Anyways, thank you for the awesome teaser!
